Organisation LAB is based in Montreal, Quebec. We respect the privacy of everyone who visits organisationlab.com, uses our assessments, or contacts us. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, organisation, role, the subject of your enquiry, and your message.
- “Email me my results”: your first name, email, your assessment scores, and your consent choices.
- Assessments: your answers to Am I AI-Proof? are processed in your own browser. They are not sent to us unless you choose to email your results.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the website.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To send you the results you asked for.
- To send occasional insights and invitations — only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers may store information outside Quebec, including in the United States. We use them because they apply recognised security protections, and we share only what is needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and results only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a professional relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless you are a client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@organisationlab.com. We will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
